Ampli5 is sold as software you own, not a subscription you rent by the minute. You pay a one-time licence for the software, set up and configured around how your team sells, and it runs on infrastructure you own, so your leads, recordings, transcripts and call data sit in a database you control. The call audio still goes to the speech and telephony providers whose accounts you hold, because that is how the call happens.
To be precise about what you are buying: a perpetual licence to run the software in your own environment. It keeps running whether or not you continue with support, support covers updates and changes while it is active, and it is optional at a monthly rate. You are not buying the source code, and you are not renting access that can be switched off.
You hold your own speech and telephony accounts and pay those providers directly at their own rates, roughly Rs 2.7 for a minute of talk time on the India-tuned speech engine. Ampli5 takes no margin on that. On top of the talk time you pay for the hosting the deployment runs on and the rental on your numbers, both billed to you directly, and we tell you the full monthly figure before you commit.
The licence figure depends on scope, so it is quoted per client after a conversation rather than published. Per-minute vendors charge for every minute you call, forever, and we deliberately do not compete on a per-minute rate. We do not claim this is the cheaper option: if your calling is occasional, a per-minute vendor is the simpler buy and we will say so. Owning the software earns its place when calling is heavy and permanent, because your cost stops rising with call volume, nobody can reprice you, and your lead data is not sitting with a vendor. GST is extra on the licence and on support.
Every deployment includes 11 Indian languages, TRAI calling-hour enforcement, DND scrubbing, the DPDP AI disclosure, DLT caller ID and an append-only audit log. Compliance is not a paid add-on.
