For clinics and multi-doctor practices: the right doctor, a real slot, the reminder on WhatsApp, and the arrival at the front desk.
One patient call, start to finish.
Two minutes: a call at 9 PM answered, the right doctor, the medical question it leaves to the doctor, and the check-in on the day. Sound on.

Questions clinics ask
What does the AI receptionist do?
It answers and returns calls for your clinic, finds out who the appointment is for, matches the problem to the right doctor, offers only the times that doctor sits, and books a specific slot. The patient gets the confirmation and reminders on WhatsApp when it is connected.
Will it give medical advice?
Never. It does not interpret symptoms, suggest medicines or tests, or comment on reports. Matching a complaint to a specialisation is the only judgement it makes. If anything sounds like an emergency, it stops booking and tells the caller to get to a hospital now.
Can it handle several doctors?
Yes. Add each doctor with their specialisation, days, hours and consultation fee. The agent quotes the fee only as written and books only inside a doctor's hours.
What happens when the patient arrives?
The patient can message on WhatsApp that they are here, and the front desk sees them on the arrivals screen, in order, with their doctor and time.
