How does AI calling work for admission enquiries?
A new enquiry is called within ten seconds, inside permitted hours. The agent says it is an AI assistant, finds out whether it is speaking to the student or a parent, asks the course, where the student is now, their marks and any entrance exam, and checks that against the eligibility you wrote. Then it books a campus visit, a counselling session or a counsellor's call. The answers and the transcript are saved on the lead.
What happens when the student is under 18?
The agent asks for a parent before it takes marks, exam scores or fee details, and if no parent is free it books a callback for when one is. Under India's DPDP Act, a child's data needs a parent's consent.
Will it promise admission or a scholarship?
No. It never confirms admission or holds a seat, never takes an application or a fee, and never promises a placement, a rank or a scholarship you have not written down. Your counsellor decides and closes.
Can it handle many courses and campuses?
Yes. Add each course with its fee and what the fee covers, the next batch, seats left, who can apply, scholarships and approvals. The agent quotes them word for word, and a project can pitch one course or all of them.
