Questions organisers ask
Who can it call for an event?
Three kinds of people, each with its own agent: visitors, to invite them and send the registration link; exhibitors, about taking a stall; and sponsors, about the sponsorship tiers. Each call is short and hands the serious ones to your team.
Does it register people or sell passes?
No. It never registers anyone, never holds a pass, a stall or a sponsorship tier, and never takes a payment. Registration happens on your link, and bookings with your team.
What does it say about price?
Only what you wrote, as a starting figure: a pass price per head, a stall size's price, a tier's price. It never totals a group, never discounts, and if entry is free it says free without inventing urgency.
Does it send the registration link?
Yes, when your WhatsApp is connected. A visitor who wants to come gets the link on WhatsApp straight after the call.
